ว่าแต่มันขึ้นว่า Bluetooth Peripheral Device Not Found ใช่เปล่าครับ
1. ดาวน์โหลด Windows Mobile Device Center Windows Vista & 7 - 32bit

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=3182 2. ติดตั้ง Windows Mobile Device Center - ไปที่ Control Panel เลือก Hardware and Sound เลือก Device Manager หรือ คลิกขวาที่ Computer Icon เลือก Properties แล้วคลิก Device Manager คุณจะเห็น Bluetooth Peripheral Device อยู่ในหมวด Other devices
- คลิกขวาที่ Bluetooth Peripheral Device เลือก Update Driver Software...
- คลิก Browse My Computer for Driver Software
- คลิก Let Me Pick from a List of Device Drivers on my computer
- เลือก Bluetooth Radio จากรายการ แล้วกด next ในหน้าต่างต่อไป จะแสดงรายการไดร์เวอร์ พร้อมชื่อ Company ในรายการ และ ไดร์เวอร์อื่น ในราย Company Name ให้เลือก Microsoft Corporation, ไม่ใช่ Microsoft สั้นๆ
- (จากรายชื่อไดร์เวอร์อาจมีหลายไดร์เวอร์พร้อมชื่อ "Windows Mobile-Based Device Support" กับไดร์เวอร์เวอร์ชั่นอื่น เลือกหนึ่งอัน หรือ รุ่นล่าสุด)
- Ignore คำเตือนต่างๆ และ กด next และ Finish ในสุดท้าย ถ้าติดตั้งได้ดี กล่องข้อความจะแสดงว่า device driver is successfully installed. ( ให้กด YES ในกล่อง)
ตอนนี้, หลังจากอัพเดตไดร์เวอร์สำหรับ bluetooth ด้วยตัวเอง ใน Device Manager เมื่อ คุณคลิกที่ Bluetooth Radios, จะแสดงไอเท็มมากขึ้น ซึ่งจะบอกว่า Windows Mobile-based device support

Service ของ Bluetooth อาจถูกปิดอยู่ทำให้ขึ้น error เพื่อความแน่ใจว่า Bluetooth Support Service ทำงานอยู่ให้ตั้งเป็น Automatic โดยสามารถตั้งโดยไปที่ Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services (เลือก Bluetooth Support Service จากรายการ)
