เพราะคุณเคยลง in 1 ซึ่งมีปัญหาเยอะทำให้เมื่อลบเกมส์ออกแล้ว แล้วลงใหม่ก็ไม่สามารถเล่นได้
หรืออาจถึงขั้นเล่นซิมส์ไม่ได้อีก ต้องลบ หรือ อันอินสตอล in 1 หรือเกมส์ออกก่อนแล้วค่อยลงใหม่ค่ะ
ปัญหาใน in 1 ก็จะมีมากมายก่ายกองแบบในกระทู้นี้

วิธีที่ 1 UNINSTALL ผ่าน Control Panel
1.ไปที่ Control Panel
2.ทำการ Uninstall Sims 3 ทุกภาค เลือกแบบ Delete all user custom data & saved game
3.จากนั้นดาวน์โหลดตัวลบข้อมูล Registry ที่ยังอยู่ในเครื่อง
Sims 3 Reg Remover Tool (สำหรับผู้ใช้ 32bits เท่านั้น)

- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 World Adventures
- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff
- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 Ambitions
- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff
- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 Late Night
- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 Living Outoor Stuff
- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 Generations
- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 Town Life Stuff
5.รีสตาร์ท

2.กดที่ปุ่ม Uninstall ในแถบซ้ายมือ
3.เลือก Super Mode ! (ระมัดระวัง)
4.เลือก Uninstall แล้วกด Ok
5.รอ scan ตัว register ของเกมส์
6.กด OK แล้วรอลบ..
7.เสร็จสิ้นกด Finished
8.ไปลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 ใน
WIN XP C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Electronic Arts
WIN 7 & VISTA C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Electronic Arts

- ลบโฟลเดอร์ The Sims 3 World Adventures

Manually Uninstalling The Sims 3 from a Mac
Delete the /Applications/The Sims 3 folder (or any for a Stuff of Expansion pack).
Delete the /Users/"User"/Library/Preferences/The Sims 3 Preferences folder.
Delete the /Users/"User"/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 folder.
Note: This file can be saved as a backup to retain save games, simply rename it.
