อาการ:
-ขึ้นข้อความ The setup has detected that the regional install code for The Sims 3 is different then what this expansion requires. This product requires the The Sims 3 to have the same regional code in order to be installed.

สาเหตุ:
-เกิดจากรหัส code พื้นที่ของภาคหลักไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับภาคเสริมทำให้ขึ้นข้อความดังกล่าว

วิธีแก้:
-Uninstall ทุกภาคออก ตอนลงเกมส์ให้เลือกรหัสพื้นที่เป็น Thailand เสร็จแล้วไปอัพเดตที่ launcher แล้วจะสามารถลงภาคเสริมต่อไปได้
