Hi, I'm not Thai and I can't read Thai too so if I make any mistake in this post please help me fix it. I'm study in Thailand now and the only language I use is English (I try hard to learn Thai too, trust me). I just installed The Sims 3 17 in 1 from a game shop in Fashion Island. The seller told me that this is Thai & Eng version.
But when I install and start to play, everything come out in half Thai half English. Is there anyway I can change the whole thing into English? Or I have to buy another DVDs? and if I do have to buy the new one then can anyone let me know which The Sims 3 DVD that I can buy with 100% English? Will The Sims 3 22 in 1 will work?

try to go to mod folder and delete some file

Check this Joanh

Go to My Document >> Electronics art >> The Sims 3 >> Mod >> Package

And find sone .package file that have 'thai' in the file name delete it.
or you can delete the Mods folder in there. The Game will be English 100%
