1. เปิด System Properties.
โดยไปที่ Start > Control Panel > System
คลิกที่ Advanced System Settings (ถ้าคุณไม่ใช่แอดมินของเครื่องคอมจะต้องใส่รหัสของแอดมินก่อน)

2. คลิกปุ่ม Settings ใส่ส่วนของ Performance

3. คลิกที่แทบ Data Execution Prevention tab
และเลือกที่ "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select" (เปิดการทำงาน DEP ทุกโปรแกรม ยกเว้นโปแกรมที่ฉันเลือก)

4. คลิก Add เพื่อเลือกโปรแกรมซิมส์ภาคล่าสุด (ไฟล์ .exe)
TS3.exe อยู่ที่ C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
TS3EP01.exe อยู่ที่ C:\Program Files)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 World Adventures\Game\Bin
TS3SP01.exe อยู่ที่ C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff\Game\Bin
TS3EP02.exe อยู่ที่ C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Ambitions\Game\Bin
TS3SP02.exe อยู่ที่ C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff\Game\Bin
TS3SP03.exe อยู่ที่ C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Late Night\Game\Bin
(ภาคอื่นๆก็ลักษณะเดียวกัน เลือกเฉพาะเกมซิมส์ 3 ภาคล่าสุดที่คุณใช้เล่นอยู่ตัวเดียวก็พอ)





7. คลิก OK.

8. restart คอมหนึ่งรอบ





(2.)Windows Vista, Windows 7

1. เปิด Command Prompt
โดยคลิกที่ Start. > all Programs. > Acessories.
คลิกขวาที่ Command Prompt เลือก Run as Administrator
2. พิมพ์คำสั่งข้างล่างนี้ แล้ว enter
* ถ้าคุณมีแรม 3GB พิมพ์ bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 2560
* ถ้าคุณมีแรม 4GB พิมพ์ bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 3072
3. ปิด command prompt และ restart คอม



ถ้ามีข้อผิดพลาดขึ้น ให้ทำตามขั้นตอนแต่ให้พิมพ์ bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 2048 เข้าไปแทน

ขั้นที่2 (วิธีนี้จะทำให้แรมทำงานได้เกินกว่าที่กำหนด) ให้พิมข้อความตามในรูปนะคะ แล้วจะมีให้แก้ตามข้อ2
Windows Vista, Windows 7
