มีทางเดียวเท่านั้นน่ะครับ ที่จะสามารถทำให้รหัส register ที่ทาง origin
ส่งให้กับเราหลังซื้อเกมส์ ผ่านบัตรเคดิต สามารถลงทะเบียนผลิตภัณฑ์กับเว็บ thesims3.com ได้
ก็คือการ เข้า chat room live กับทาง พนักงาน ea เพื่อขอรับเอา รหัสผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ แต่ต้อง
chat เป็นภาษาอังกฤษน่ะครับ บอกสาเหตุเขาไป จากนั้นเขาก็จะขอรหัส ไปตรวจเชค และ
ขอเมล์เราดู จะนั้นก็ จะให้รหัสใหม่เรามาน่ะครับ

แล้วจะเจอช่องให้เลือกเกมส์ ให้เลือกเป็นเกมส์ที่เรามีปัญหากับ รหัส register นั้น น่ะครับ
จากนั้นกด go
จากนั้นก็เลือกส่วนการขอความช่วยเหลือ ว่าต้องการให้เขาช่วยเหลือกเรื่องไหน ในที่นี้ให้เลือกเป็น account/registration น่ะครับ
จากนั้นเลือกแฟลตฟอร์ เป็น pc ถ้าเครื่องเรา ไม่ใช้ mac

จากนั้นเลื่อนลงมาด้านล้่าง จะเจอกับ ช่องสี่เลี่ยมที่เขียนว่า live chat ให้กดเลยครับ จากนั้นรอครับ รอคนที่คุยก่อนเค้าคุยเสร็จ
แล้วเราถึงได้คุยต่อ


จำเป็นต้องได้ภาษาอังกฤษน่ะครับ เอาแบบให้เค้ารู้เรื่องก็ได้ครับ
